I practice individual and group psychotherapy. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Gestalt techniques, Person-Centered Therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) to help you cultivate your own self awareness. I'm simply a facilitator of self reflection.
My goal is to provide a safe space for you to talk about what you are experiencing and to learn how to integrate your new self awareness into your every day life.
Whatever you are experiencing I am here to listen and act as a resource for you. I do take medical insurance. I am in network with Cigna, Aetna and UnitedHealthcare.
